The Manchester boys soccer team traveled to Columbia City Thursday for a match. The Squires came out on top in a very hard fought physical game 3-1.
Manchester drew first blood when Harley Kruschwitz was brutally taken down in the box. Nathan Self put in a beautifully taken pk. The Eagles tied the game 11 minutes later. Kruschwitz then scored on an unassisted goal with 7 minutes left in the half. The 2nd half remained scoreless until Nathan Self hit Caleb Stout with a nice pass. Stout found the round left post and in with 3 minutes remaining. 3-1 Squire win
The Squires are now 7-1.
