National Little League-Blackhawks defeat Cardinals 9-1

The second game of the night was between the Cardinals and Blackhawks.  Both teams started two strong 12 year olds.  Remington Monce started for the Cardinals allowing 2 runs on 3 hits while collecting 11 strikeouts.  Remington threw his usual star status pitches, but was unable to get any offensive help from the Cardinals. Taylor through a no hitter for the Blackhawks striking out 9 batters on the way to a complete game giving up 1 unearned run.  The Blackhawks ended up winning the game 9 to 1.  The Cardinals had a couple strong hits but the Blackhawks game up huge.  Treavor Floor, Bryan White, and Austin Haynes made huge defensive plays in the field.  Leading the Blawkhawks was Bryan White who went 2 for 3 with a line drive homerun in the fifth inning.  Taylor added a 2 for 2 night and Treavor Floor went 1 for 1 with three walks and a hit by pitch.  Austin Haynes was again huge at the plate for the Blackhawks going 1 for 3 on the night.  The Blackhawks broke the game open once Remington left the game in the fifth making the Cardinal pitchers throw 64 pitches in that inning and plating 7 runs
