Manchester Boys Soccer Defeats Peru 4-1

The Manchester boys soccer team had to recover from a quick Peru start, as the Tiger put a goal on them in the first three minutes of the game. The Squires got started eighteen minutes into the game when a throw from Taylor Johnson found Keegan McNeeley’s head and in to the back of the net. Eight minutes later Tyler Watson was fouled in the box, giving the Squires a place kick. Devan Knecht pounded home the goal. Tom Naragon scored Manchester’s third goal on a corner kick. The Squires ended the scoring with a pass from Knecht to Watson and from Watson to McNeeley who found the back of the net.
