Wabash went on a 10-0 run the first minute of the game to set the tone for what was to come. The Lady Apaches out scored Bluffton 22-3 in the first quarter and 36-9 in the first half to put the game out of reach right from the start.
Wabash came out of the locker room still motivated and won the third quarter 24-4 before calling off the dogs in the fourth.
Wabash was lead by Kaleigh Hensley with 26 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assist and 5 steals. Kelsey Cromer had 13 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assist and 2 steals. Kyleigh Hampton had 9 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 5 steals and 3 blocks. Gabi Nearing had 6 points, 8 rebounds and 1 assist. Marin Hill had 6 points, 5 rebounds and 1 steal. Lyndsie Thomas had 6 points, 4 rebounds and 1 steal. Katelyn Vogel had 2 rebounds and 1 steal. Hannah Mullett had 3 rebounds.
Wabash shot 42% from the field and 85% from the free throw line. Wabash out rebounded Bluffton 45 to 18. Wabash scored 28 points off turn overs.
The Lady Apache JV also defeated Bluffton 44-25.
Charlie Pardo lead Wabash with 11 points. Katelin Vogel and Jaclyn Lewis each had 8 points. Hayley Shrider had 6 points.
