Wabash Battles Lewis Cass

The Wabash boys basketball team traveled to Walton Saturday afternoon to play Lewis Cass. The Apaches dug themselves a hole early, falling behind 18-11 after one and 44-28 at half time.

Wabash came out of the locker room inspired, out scoring Cass 21-14 in the third quarter to trail 58-49. The fourth quarter became a shoot out with Cass winning the fourth quarter 23-22 and the game 81-71.

Leading the Apaches was Breyton Nealis with 18 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assist and 2 steals. Andrew Adamson had 17 points, 2 assist and 6 steals. Alex Hentgen had 14 points, 16 rebounds, 2 assist, 3 steals and 2 blocks. Tyler King had 11 points, 2 assist and 3 steals. Travis Shears had 4 points and 2 rebounds. Nate Price had 3 points, 1 rebounds, 1 assist and 5 steals. Shea Beauchamp had 2 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist and 5 steals.  Matt Henderson had 2 points, 1 rebound and 2 assist.
