Wabash Tennis Finishes Third At Logan Invite

The Wabash Apache tennis team finished third out of eight teams at the Logansport Invite Saturday, going 2-1 in the tourney.

Wabash defeated Maconaquah 3-2 in their first match. Justin Middleton and David Driscoll won at #1 and #2 singles. # 3 singles Edward Dillard lost as did the #1 doubles team of Jack Stein and Stephan Eilts. JD Boone and Breyton Nealis won at #2 doubles.

In the second round Wabash lost to Logansport 2-3. Justin Middleton and Edward Dillard won at #1 and #3 singles. David Driscoll lost at #2. Jack Stein and Stephan Eilts lost at #1 doubles as did the #2 doubles team of JD Boone and Breyton Nealis. The loss was the Apaches first of the year.

Wabash faught back and won their third match over Lewis Cass 3-2. Justin Middleton, David Driscoll and Edward Dillard all won their singles matches. #1 doubles Jack Stein and Stephan Eilts and #2 doubles JD Boone and Breyton Nealis lost their matches.

The Apaches are 4-1 for the season
