The Southwood 7th grade girls got a scare Thursday, just getting by Madison Grant 39-36 to improve to 14-0 this season.
Leading the Lady Knights was Brooke Elliott with 16 points and 5 steals. Taylor Heath had 9 points and 5 rebounds. Kassidy Atwood had 6 points and 13 rebounds. Starr Hullinger had 6 points and 5 rebounds.
The 8th grade fell to Madison Grant 33-34.
Kelly Schmidt had 7 points, Danielle Pegg 6, Ellie LaBonte 5 and Josey Brubaker 3.
