Uggen: “Ryan pitched reasonably well considering the cold. I think he may have struggled a bit with his grip due to the cold as he threw more fastballs than usual but I liked his velocity at times. We took advantage of numerous walks and 4 errors. Got a lot of kids in and we had some timely hits.”
Northfield travels to Eastbrook Thursday and host Marion in a double header Saturday.
