Apaches Win Opening TRC Game

After a shaky first inning and a half the Wabash baseball team settled down and picked up a 6-2 win in their first TRC game of the year over North Miami Wednesday.

Wabash scored a run in the top of the first, but some shaky base running and two Apache errors led to 2 North Miami unearned runs and the Warriors led 2-1.

Wabash would settle down and score 5 runs in the next 6 innings while Andrew Shepherd dominated on the mound, shutting the Warriors out the remainder of the game for the 6-2 win.
