Apaches Lose Slug Fest

The Wabash baseball team pounded out 14 hits against Mississinewa Thursday, but gave up 16 hits in a 10-9 loss to the Indians.

The Apaches took a 7-3 lead after a Nate Price grand slam in the 3rd inning and led 8-4 after four, but couldn’t hold on as the Indians scored 5 runs in the fifth and a run with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to top the Apaches 10-9.
