Just two days after being defeated by Northfield the Southwood 7th grade boys basketball team topped Northfield in the first round of the RRC tournament 47-36.
Leading the Knights was Peyton Trexler with 16 points, 2 assist, 5 steals. Carson Blair added 11 points, 4 steals. Matthew Nose had 10 points, 2 assist, 3 steals. Lucas Topliff had 3 rebounds.
Leading scorers for Northfield were Matt Coe with 16, Macauley miller 7, Kyle Reed and John schuler finished with 5 each.
