Squires Fall To Rochester

The Manchester baseball team missed opportunities Wednesday, leaving 11 runners on base in a 7-3 loss to Rochester.

Down 5-0 in the fourth, Cody Harlan scored on a Evan Olinger single for Manchester’s first run.

The Squires scored 2 more runs in the sixth with Grant Schuler and Phoenix Goad scoring to cut the Rochester lead to 7-3, but couldn’t reach base in the 7th.

Evan Olinger and Jim Sainsbury had 2 hits and 1 rbi each. Grant Schuler, Thad Miller and Cody Harlan each had a hit.

The Squires host Heritage Friday.
