Apaches Shut Out Valley

The Wabash Apache baseball team got a solid pitching performance from Roger Davis in a 7-0 shut out win over the Vikings Wednesday.

Wabash scored in each of the first four innings, getting 3 in the 1st and 1 in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

The offense had 7 hits, with Landon Cole leading with 2. Tyler Brewer had a double.

The Apaches finished TRC play with their fifth straight win after starting 0-2.

putting the ball in play and not striking out much. I’m really proud of the guys for coming back and getting to 5-2 in the TRC after the 0-2 start.”
