Wabash Cross Country

Apache2The Wabash High School boys cross country team competed in a four way meet against Southwood, Mississinew and the host Madison Grant Argylls. Led by meet medalist Sam Hall with a time of 18:02, the Apaches came home with the victory by scoring 38 points against Southwood’s 49, Madison Grant’s 75 and Mississinewa’s 93. Also scoring for Wabash were:

The Wabash High School girls cross country competed in a four way placing third. Carli Henderson with a time of 25:29 8th place. Also running for the Apaches were: Chelsea Archer 26:15 11th, Hailey Nance 27:20 16th, Brie Culver 28:21 17th, Chloe Mullett 29:33 20th, and Alexis Rose 33:21 22nd. Wabash will be running 9/24 against Marion Giants


The Wabash Middle School XC Team traveled to Peru Tuesday to take on the host Tigers along with RJ Baskett Middle School.  The boys won the meet led by first place finisher Luke Mattern.  Dereck Vogel came in 3rd, Jacob Bruss 4th, Koby Prater 5th and Jonathan King 7th.  The girls finished 3rd led by Kennedy Brackett who finished 1st.  Kendyl Mullett came in 4th and Claire Hipskind came in 10th.
