The Northfield offense was held to just 210 total yards Friday as the Norse suffered a 26-0 loss to Rochester.
Although the offesne was not clicking, the defense was holding their own as they held Rochester to just 6 points in the first half and trailed 6-0 at the half.
Rochester would score twice in the third quarter, once on a 15yd Howdeshell run and the other on a 2yd Wes Beck run.
Rochester would score their 4th TD of the game in the fourth on a 14yd pass play for the 26-0 final.
Carter Frieden was 9 of 14 for 127yds. Drake Richter was 3 for 7 for 29yds.
Josh Bickel led the Norse in rushing with 14 carries for 43yds. Jensen Frieden added 3 for 19yds, Shane Vigar 2 for 2yds.
Shane Vigar had 3 catches for 61yds. Jarred Short added 2 for 47yds, Bryce Kendall 2 for 21yds.
