The Wabash boys basketball team fell 67-55 at Maconaquah Friday.
The pace of the game was up and down the floor in the first quarter with 42 total points being scored. When the dust settled the Braves led 23-19. Maconaquah would extend their lead in the second, winning the quarter 16-12 top take a 39-31 halftime lead.
The Apaches would gain some ground in the third, out scoring the Braves 15-12 to cut the deficit to 51-46 with a quarter to go, but the Braves defended home court by holding off the Apaches 16-9 in the fourth for the 67-55 final.
Leading Wabash was Christian Hall with 18 points. Taylor Vigar added 17, Owen Yeadon 6, Juwan Carter 4, Marcus Jones 4, Cody King 4, Tyler Hough 2.
