Carter Headed To Indiana Tech

Wabash senior Juwan Carter signed his national letter of intent Tuesday to run track for Indiana Tech next year. Carter, the defending TRC champion in the 1oo meter dash will run the 100 & 2oo at Tech with the opportunity to be on the 4×100 relay team.

When asked why he chose Tech, Carter quoted ” It’s close to home but not to close. It’s a fairly new program and everything is new. It felt more like home”.

Tech coach Doug Edgar quoted ” Being just a two year track runner it will be fun to watch Juwan progress. He will run the 100 & 200 and maybe have a shot at the 4×100 relay team”.

Indiana Tech has won back to back men’s and women’s outdoor national championships, plus are the 2014 indoor national champions.
