Valley Edges Apaches With Fourth Quarter Surge

The Wabash boys basketball team went on the road to Tippecanoe Valley Friday, one of the hardest places to play in the TRC and led for nearly three quarters before a fourth quarter home court advantage lifted the Vikings over the Apaches 63-54.

The Apaches held their own for three quarters as they led 15-10 after one and 34-28 at the half. Valley would out score Wabash 20-14 in the third as the game was tied at 48 with a quarter to go. The host would then win the fourth 15-6 for the 63-54 final.
