Wabash 7th Runner Up In Munciana Tourney

The Wabash MS 7th Grade Volleyball Team traveled to Yorktown on Saturday, Sept.12th for the Munciana Middle School Tournament Bash.

The Wabash MS 7th Grade Volleyball Team was runner-up to Alexandria in the Championship Match. Wabash lost their 1st match of the day to West Side 11-25/12-25. The 7th Grade Lady Apaches bounced back in their 2nd, match of the day  to defeat West Del 25-18/25-10. The Wabash MS 7th Grade Team won their 3rd Match of the day over Alexandria 25-10/25-19, and then defeated the  West Side B Team 25-20/25-10.
Alexandria avenged an earlier loss in the day to the 7th Grade Lady Apache Team, winning the championship match in a 3 game rematch. Wabash took the 1st set of the match winning the 1st game 25-21. Alexandria took the last 2 games of the match 25-14 and 15-6 to win the championship.
For the WMS 7th Grade Volleyball Team:
Kyndal Fields had 33 Service Points, with 10 aces, 5 Assists, 3 Kills, 10 Service Receptions and 14 Digs.
Nicole Gunderman had 29 Service Points, with 9 Aces,15 Service Receptions, 11 Digs, 6 Blocks, 2 Stuff Blocks, 4 Kills, and an Assist.
Olivia Lindsay contributed 21 Service Points, with 4 Aces, a Kill, 6 Assists, 7 Service Receptions, and 5 Digs.
Alivia Short added 16 Service Points, with 9 Aces, 8 Service receptions, 5 Digs, 4 Kills, 5 Blocks, 1 Stuff Block, and an Assist.
Jordan Stumbo had 8 Service Points, 3 Service Receptions, 5 Digs, an Assist, a Kill and a Block.
Kylie Brumley contributed 4 Service Points, an Ace, a Kill, a Block, a Service     Reception and a Kill.
Taliyah Hunt had 4 Service Points, with 3 Aces, a Dig, a Service Reception and a Kill.
Brooke Bowling had 4 Service Points, an Assist, 2 Service Receptions, and a Kill.
Kylie Ray had 3 Service Points, an Assist, a Service Reception, a Kill and 2 Blocks.
Isabelle Davis added a Kill, 2 Service Receptions, and a Dig.
Madison Lutz contributed an Ace, an Assist, a Block, 2 Service Receptions and a Dig.
Allyson Dillon had a Kill and a Service Reception.
