Manchester Volleyball Wins In Full Sets At Canterbury

The Manchester Lady Squires volleyball team traveled to Ft Wayne to face off against Canterbury Tuesday with both teams coming away victorious in full sets.

Varsity took sets 1 and 2 and grabbed the final set with scores 25-16, 25-21, 19-25, 22-25, 15-13.

Leading varsity in kills was Carter with 12, Day followed with 9, McKee and Rosen both added 6, Osborne put away 2, and Auler had a single kill. Auler dished out 23 assists while McKee helped with 3 and Osborne added 2 assists. Rosen led with 5 aces, Day helped with 4, Wagoner added 2 aces, and the following trio had 1: Carter, West, and Auler. Day stuffed a solo block while Carter had a block assist to join Hatfield with her block assist. West led with 19 digs, Auler had 11, Carter got up 10, Day saved 8, Wagoner got 7, and Rosen and Casper helped with 6.

JV took games 2 & 3 with scores: 23-25, 25-16, & 15-5.

For JV kills were led by Kline with 5, Hatfield added 3, followed by Pegg with 2, and the following had 1 kill: Greer, Wampler, Kahn, and G. Auler. Wampler had 7 assists while Day added in 2. Greer led the team in aces with 4, Wampler and Kline both had 3, Auler put away 2, and Hatfield collected 1. Greer also led in digs with 4 while Kline, Day, and Hatfield all had 3. Auler dug 2 and both Wampler and Lauer had 1.
