Wabash JV Football Wins In Shoot Out

The Wabash JV Football Team won a shootout against an undefeated North Miami team 48-44. The Apaches scored 3 touchdowns in the last 3 minutes and 30 seconds, the last a pass to Kallen Kelsheimer from Devin Higdon with 19 seconds left to play.

Higdon threw three touchdowns on the night and recovered a key fumble. Kelsheimer scored four touchdowns on the night including one on a kick return. Peyton Sodervick caught a touchdown and a two point conversion. James Booth had a touchdown reception. Trenton Daughtry threw for two touchdowns and ran one in from 40 yards out.

On defense, Shane King sealed the game with an interception. Blake Priced forced a fumble and added a sack. Justin Samons forced a fumble, and Blake Wiser recovered a fumble.

The Apache JV is now 5-1 on the season.
