The Manchester Squires finished the regular season on the road at 4A Goshen Friday, falling behind 15-4 after one before losing 60-43 to the Redhawks.
The Squires could find the bucket in the first quarter, getting two free throws and a bucket from Brayden Casper and trailed 15-4 after one. The pace was slow in the second as Goshen won the quarter 10-7. David McAtee had two buckets for Manchester with Mason Hamby adding a bucket and Adam Byers a free throw. Manchester trailed 25-11 at the half.
The pace of the game would pick up in the third as the Squires started to get out of their offensive funk. Hamby and McAtee would each hit three times with Kam Lester and Koehl Fluke each adding a free throw. The Squires trailed 45-26 after three.
Manchester would win the fourth 17-15. Casper would hit three times with Hamby adding a bucket and a three. McAtee would add a three with Fluke adding a bucket as the Squires fell 60-43.
Leading Manchester was Mason Hamby with 15 points. David McAtee added 13, Brayden Casper 10, Koehl Fluke 3, Adam Byers 1, Kam Lester 1.
