The Northfield Norsemen traveled to Bunker Hill Friday to battle Maconaquah on the artificial turf, defeating the Braves 34-7.

With 7:13 left in the first quarter Levi Fulkerson would find John Schuler from 33yds out to make it 6-0. Fulkerson would then connect with Matt Coe with 3:28 on the clock from 54yds yds out and after Kyle Reed ran in the two point conversion the Norse led 14-0 after one.
In the second with 5:31 left in the half Coe would score rushing from 14yds out, again with Reed running in the two point conversion to lead 22-0. Maconaquah would get their lone score with 4:56 left as Northfield led 22-7 at the half.
There was just one score in the third quarter, coming off a halfback pass. On the option John Schuler would find Kade Kennedy from 43yds out to make it 28-7 after three.
The final score of the night came from a Fulkerson 4yd run in the fourth for the 34-7 final.
