NORTH MANCHESTER, IND. – Visiting Transylvania University broke open a nip-and-tuck Heartland Collegiate Athletic match-up with an early second-half attack Saturday, Oct. 14.
Despite a 4-0 defeat at the hands of the Pioneers due to three scores over a 15-minute span during the opening stages of the second stanza, positives did shine through for the host Spartans (0-14 overall, 0-5 HCAC).
