Coach West quote. “A tough loss to swallow for sure. It always hurts to lose a close game, especially after leading most of the way. But this is our first close game, and as a young, still-inexperienced team, we need to learn how to handle these pressures of a close game. We saw some encouraging improvements in our offense, which has been our struggle thus-far this season, but we still need to get more shots, take better shots, and just plain make a few more of them. Overall, we simply all need to improve individually and as a unit, myself first and foremost”.
