Kruschwitz Wins Wabash Golf Invite

The Wabash golf team was host to the Wabash Invite Saturday at Honeywell Golf Course with all four county schools participating.

Harley Kruschwitz of Manchester won the individual competition in a playoff with Easter from Logansport, both shooting 74 on the day. Harley won on the first playoff hole with a birdie on number one after a big drive and 65 yard wedge shot to 8 feet. Manchester’s remaining scores were senior Nathan Self with an 86, Konrad Borgmann 88, Klayton Hendrix 95 and Dylan Brubaker rounded out the scoring with a 97.

Southwood

Team medalist was Carson Heath 43/41 – 84, followed by Ket Baldwin 47/48 – 95, Baron Hedrick 53/47 – 100, Logan Arnold 51/52 – 103, Adam Spaulding 52/55 – 107.

Northfield

Toby Baer placed 4th overall with a 77, among a lot of great scores from several schools on the day. Logan Peas followed right behind with a well-executed 78. Ian Knoble finished up his round with a 108, Quentin Dale, scoring one of his best on the year with a 112 while playing both 9s very consistently! Keaton Stout finished with a 128
