Lady Squires/Carillo Fall Short At Girls Golf Regional

The Manchester Lady Squires golf team traveled to Noble Hawk Golf Course Saturday to play in the East Noble regional.

Manchester finished in 10th place with a team score of 365. Homestead won the regional with a 299.

Leading the Squires was Kelsey Eichenauer with a 79 which was one shot short of the magic number to advance to the state finals. Madyson Ulrey added a 92, Sam Kissell 95, Cora Barnett 99 and Alissa Bickerstaff 102.

Coach’s Comments : ”Very proud of this Senior class. Th ey deserve all the accomplishments they have achieved and deserve a lot of credit for the legacy they are leaving behind. Kelsey Eichenauer played a great round today. Even though she came up
a bit short not many golfers come that close to advancing to the State Finals. Proud of her and this entire team for leaving a great legacy behind at Manchester. Morgan Stroud was a great assistant coach with me today”.

Wabash junior Bella Carillo shot an 85.
