Registration for YMCA Girls Softball is now open at the YMCA.

Girls will learn new skills, make new friends, and learn to love softball at the YMCA. The YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility are an integral part of our program help kids become better players and better people. We make sure that every child gets to play and that the games are safe, fair and most of all—fun!

Registration for YMCA T-ball is now open at the YMCA.

Boys and girls will get an introduction to the National Pastime —Baseball. At the YMCA, kids develop not only the foundational skills of the game, but life skills – that it’s fun to be healthy and active, sportsmanship, teamwork and positive competition. Participants will play equal amounts of time during the games and will have the opportunity to play all different positions throughout the season.

Registration for YMCA Coaches Pitch is now open at the YMCA.

Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside and out. YMCA Indoor Soccer

Indoor Soccer Registration is Underway

Registration for YMCA Indoor Soccer is currently underway. Participants will learn soccer fundamentals and a quicker game that what they are used to outdoors. The gym walls create different passing and scoring angles. There will be the following age divisions: PreK-K, Grades 1&2, 3&4, and 5-8. Fees are $35 for Y Members and $60 for Program Members. The deadline is February 4^th.

YMCA

Elementary Boys Basketball registration is underway at the Wabash County YMCA. Games will be played on Saturday mornings beginning on January 12^th  . The season will end on February 16^th . Fees are $35 for Y members and $60 for program participants. Boys will learn basketball skills and fundamentals while having fun in a team concept. Passing, dribbling and shooting skills will taught. Baskets will be set at a height that is challenging yet, appropriate for success by age group. Registration forms available at the YMCA during hours of operation. Practice times will be after school beginning the week of January 1^st.

Elementary Girls Basketball registration is underway at the Wabash County YMCA. Games will be played on Saturday mornings beginning on November 3^rd . The season will end on December 15^th . Fees are $35 for Y members and $60 for program participants. Girls will learn basketball skills and fundamentals while having fun in a team concept. Passing, dribbling and shooting skills will taught. Baskets will be set at a height that is challenging yet, appropriate for success by age group. Registration forms available at the YMCA during hours of operation. Practice times will be during after school hours beginning around the week of October 23^rd .

God’s Country At Fireworks

The band God’s Country will be performing before the fireworks display at 6:30pm at the Morrett Sports Complex weather permitting. Their performance will be sponsored by Beacon Credit Union. God’s Country will be on stage on the west end of the Field of Dreams parking lot.
