Five Northfield varsity wrestlers competed in the 14 team Bill Kerbel Wrestling Invitational Saturday and came away with 2 placing
Seth Forsyth at 145 lbs placed 4 th with a record of 2-2 while Jasper Donaldson 195 lbs (3-1) placed 5th. Competing but not placing were Logan Cox at 182 lbs (2-2), Ross Watson 220 lbs (1-2) and Dakota France at 152 lbs (1-2).
Northfield’s JV wrestling team hosted the Norse JV Wrestling Tourney Saturday.
There were no individual places awarded. Here are the Northfield wrestlers and their records for the day. Going 2-1 were Jaydan Goshert, Kevin Buzzard and Micah Higgins. Going 1-2 were Cody Copeland and Mason Osborn. Ben Holley went 0-3 and had some very close matches.
The Norse will wrestle at North Miami Wednesday
