The Manchester boys won a mid week tune up over Smith Academy 67-25 Tuesday.
Smith would open the game with a bucket that the Squires answered with 15 straight. Austin Underwood and Kreeden Krull would do most of the damage early with Kam Lester and Weston Hamby chiming in. Brayden Casper hit 6 free throws in the quarter. Manchester led 17-4 after one.
Smith would hit from behind the arch three times in the second while Thane Creager drained two of his own. Caleb Stout added a bucket as the Squires took a 25-15 lead into the locker room.
The second half was a total domination by the Squires. Manchester would have runs of 10 and 13 points in the third for a 48-19 lead, then ride a 13-0 run to start the fourth quarter in route to the 67-25 win.
The Manchester junior varsity defeated Smith 49-18.
