The Northfield boys picked up their 4th win of the season Saturday in a 57-41 road win at Caston.
The Norse trailed the Comets 12-9 after the first quarter before bouncing back in the second to take a 26-23 lead at the half.
Northfield would build on their lead in the third before dominating the fourth in the 57-41 win.
The Norse continued to play strong defense as they had 18 steals on the night.With the win the Norse won two out of three this week.
Clayton Tomlinson had 19 points, including 5 threes and 7 steals to lead the Norse. Also in double figures for the Norse was Logan Peas with 11 points and 9 rebounds. Nate Drancik rounded out the double figures scorers with 10. Jared Peas scored 9 points with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Graydon Holmes bounced back after missing last night’s game by scoring 7 points and adding 9 rebounds. Cole Rosen rounded out the scoring with a free throw.
The Norse are back in TRC action Thursday at Manchester
