Friday American League

Despite the rain all day Thursday our great volunteers were able to get the fields ready to play ball this Friday Night at the Field of Dreams.. GREAT JOB TO ALL THE VOLUNTEERS!!!!

There were two games on the American League field. The first game was the Todd Adams State Farm Giants taking on the Al Zimmerman Pirates. For the Giants Chase Benson with a double.and Issac Studebaker with a triple. In addition for the Pirates cooper drake threw an 86 pitch complete game and had 8 strikeouts and nine year old allaya brown had her first little league hit and got the game ball. The Giants were victorious by the score 6-4.

In the second game the the Lunquist Real Estate Red Sox took on the Brian Mallow State Farm Indians. for the Red Sox Quinten Titus triples to right field and Burton Black relief pitches and strikes out three batters after giving up one walk. For the Indians Clara Campbell 9 years old 3 innings pitched 9 strike outs with allowing only 3 runs. Jacob Corn hit a 2 rbi double Clara also had a 1 rbi single Oliver Sapusek had a single piper ellet with a single Austin Nelson and Jacob corn combined for the last out of the game with a tag at home plate.
