The Northfield junior varsity baseball team defeated Whitko 16-3 Monday.
Jaidon Truman threw well for the Norse, going 3 innings and giving up 2 runs on just one hit. Grant Dale got the save after 2 innings and giving up 1.
Dakota France led the Norse with 3 hits while Dale, Logan Cox, Micah Higgins, Jacob Snyder, Truman, and Cameron Johnson all had 2 hits. The Norseman stole 12 bases on the night.
