Manchester Varsity Fifth/JV Third At Saturday Invites
The Manchester JV Volleyball team finished in 3rd place at the Wawasee JV Invitational Saturday while the varsity finished fifth at Elwood.
In pool play, Manchester defeated South Bend Washington (25-3, 25-14) and Lakeland Christian (22-25, 25-12, 15-12) before losing to host Wawasee (25-17, 17-25, 14-15). They then defeated Elkhart Christian Academy in the 3rd place game (25-22, 25-23).

The Manchester varsity volleyball team went 2-2, finishing in 5th place at the Elwood Invite Saturday, Aug 24. The team opened with 2 tough losses to Danville (25-22, 21-25, 13-15) and host Elwood (25-22, 18-25, 13-15) before defeating Southern Wells (25-7, 25-11) and Clinton Central (18-25, 25-20, 15-5). The team moves to 3-2 on the season and travels to North Miami for a conference matchup Thursday, Aug 29.
