Southwood JH Cross Country Splits At Southern Wells
The Southwood junior high cross country teams traveled to Southern Wells Tuesday.
The girls competed against a full Southern Wells team. Shelby and Lola both showed improved times. Jaiya ran her first ever cross country race, and set a baseline for the rest of the season.

Every Southwood boys and girls runner tonight ran a faster time (PR) than the Wabash County! Casey led the entirety of the race to post his first individual win. Landon dropped nearly a minute off last weeks time to run second for the Knights, barely holding off Will at the finish. The top five runners for the Knights took five of the top 9 spots.
