Wabash 7th Volleyball Takes Maconaquah

The Wabash Middle school volleyball teams traveled to Macaonaquah Tuesday for their first regular match of the season.

The 7th grade girls got off to a slow start in the first match falling short. The second match they turned things around and played very well taking them into the third and finishing strong with a win 18-25, 25-13, 15-11.

Shaylee Jacobs led the team with 2 service pts, 10 aces, a kill, 2 serve receptions and 4 digs

Jillian Sailors: 5 service pts, 4 assists, 2 kills, 12 serve receptions and 4 digs

Samantha Powell: 3 service pts, 3 aces, 5 assists, 5 serve receptions and 7 digs

Ella Vander Veldon: 3 service pts, an ace, 7 kills, 3 serve receptions, and 5 digs

Ella Hartley: 2 service pts, an ace, an assist, 2 kills, and 8 digs

Madison White: 3 service pts, a kill, and a serve receptions

Janika Stumbo: 2 service pts, 4 serve receptions, and 14 digs

The girls are back in action Thursday night with their home opener.
