Northfield JH Volleyball Splits With Valley
The Northfield junior high volleyball teams took on Tippecanoe Valley Monday.
Northfield’s 7th grade volleyball team won their 3rd match in a row against a strong Tippecanoe Valley team Monday 25-17, 25-23. Elli Baker led the team with 3 aces, 2 kills and 5 service points. Allie Weaver also had 3 aces and 5 service points. JoJo Drancik added 4 service points.
Northfield’s 8th grade volleyball team suffered its first loss of the season to Tipp Valley, 25-20, 20-25. 5-15. Josie Lynn led the Norse with 7 points, 2 aces and 2 kills; Eden Hoover added 6 points and 3 aces; Gabby Haupert 5 points, 1 ace and 3 kills. Ava Copeland added 8 assists and 1 will, and Hannah Holmes had 2 stuff blocks and 1 solo block.
