Lady Apaches Soccer Falls On Senior Night

The Wabash girls soccer team fell to Taylor 1-0 Thursday.

The Apaches had many goal-scoring opportunities, and kept the pressure on until the very last minute. The Apaches thought they tied the game up in the 2nd half, but Madi Lutz’s goal was called back. The Apache offense was lead by senior Maya Benysh with 10 shots. Hannah Layne had another great night in goal with 13 saves. This was senior night for both Maya Benysh and Evelynn Gray and the Lady Apache soccer program is so proud of their contributions to not only the soccer program but being incredible student-athletes on and off the field! The Apaches finish their regular season Saturday at Eastern High School.
