Manchester Girls Soccer Shuts Out Maconaquah

The Manchester girls soccer team defeated TRC opponent Maconaquah 1-0 Wednesday.

Manchester possessed the ball right from the start. Halfway through the 1st half, Emma Garriott connected with a goal off of a great cross from Gabbie Brewer that led to a fantastic pass from Lainey Shock. The second half was all defense as Lex Donathan, Hadley Schannep, Torina Runkel, Haley Clifford, and Kayla Metzger kept the Lady Braves scoreless. Kindra Stetzel had another fantastic night with 5 saves. Beletu Stout, Lainey Shock, Eva Bazzoni, and Gabbie Brewer also had some great shots on goal while Bailey Mooney controlled the middle.
