Wabash/Northfield JH Splits
The Wabash and Northfield junior high volleyball teams split games Wednesday.
The 7th grade Lady Norse volleyball team improved to 8-0 on the season on Wednesday night beating Wabash 25-15, 25-12. Kirsten Rife led the team with 11 service points, 2 aces and 3 assists. Camryn Kuhn had 7 service points, 1 ace and 1 kill. Allie Weaver had 5 service points, 3 aces and 2 assists. Elli Baker, Josie Weaver and JoJo Drancik each had 2 kills. Emma Warnock added 2 aces.
Wabash won the 8th grade contest 25-17, 25-13
Reagan: 10 service points, 2 aces, 4 serve receptions, 3 digs, 2 kills, 1 assist
Sydney: 8 service points, 3 aces, 7 serve receptions, 8 digs, 2 kills
Anna: 1 service point, 3 digs, 1 kill, 2 assists
Sam: 3 service points, 2 aces, 1 dig, 1 stuff block
Hiley: 2 aces, 1 serve reception, 2 digs, 3 kills
Kierra: 1 service point, 1 ace, 2 serve receptions, 2 digs, 2 kills, 6 assists
Azora: 1 kill
Haylie: 7 digs
Eden Hoover had 6 points with 1 ace; Ava Copeland added 3 points, 1 ace, and 1 solo block; and Josie Lynn had 2 points, 1 ace, 1 kill, and 2 solo blocks.
