Lady Norse Stumble In Season Opener

The Northfield Lady Norse took off to an 8-2 lead and led 15-6 after the first stop before the wheels fell off in a 51-33 loss to Mississinewa Thursday.

Northfield led 15-6 after the first quarter before the Indians out scored the Norse 20-4 in the second.

The Indians would use their height advantage the second half for the 51-33 win.

Scoring for Northfield : Emily Pennington 2, Emma Hoover 15, Addi baker 4, Kenzie Baer 4, Kearston Stout 8.

The Northfield junior varsity also fell to Mississinewa
