Lady Norse Hold Off Maconaquah
The Northfield girls basketball team led by just one point at the half before defeating Maconaquah 53-40 Tuesday.
The Norse led just 26-25 at the half before out scoring the Braves 15-9 in the third in route to the win.
Addi Baker 15 points, 10 rebounds. Emma Hoover 12 points, 4 assists, 6 rebounds. Kearston Stout 12 points, 5 rebounds. Ainsley Dale added 4 points, Emily Pennington 6, Kenzie Baer 4.
The Northfield junior varsity fell to Maconaquah 28-23.
Crysta Kowalczuk led with 14 points.
