The Wabash Lady Apaches traveled to Tippecanoe Valley Saturday, falling to the Vikings 46-42.
The Lady Apaches, coming off a two week layoff, jumped off to a 9-7 lead after one and a 22-21 lead at halftime at Tipp Valley in the TRC opener for both teams. The second half was more of the same as the game was tied 40-40 with 2 minutes to play. Foul trouble and turnovers did in Wabash in the final minutes
Alivia Short and Mariah Wyatt paced the Lady Apaches with 15 and 13 points while Wyatt also pulled down 15 rebounds
