Norse JV Falls To Whitko

The Northfield junior varsity baseball team fell to Whitko 21-11 Wednesday.

Leading the Northfield offense was Reece Rosen with a double, a single, and 3 RBI. Also tacking on points were Justin Nelson (a double and a single), Noah Burkhart ( a double), and Dylan Osborn; each adding 2 runs a piece. Pitching for the Norse was Jayden Truman with 55 strikes thrown on 93 pitches, Justin Nelson with only 6 hits allowed on 75 pitches, and Cody Copeland closing the evening out. The Norse next will host North Miami on Thursday, April 29 at 5:00.
