Manchester Squires Boys Golf competed at Maxwelton Golf Club in a 4-way match against Wawasee, South Bend Riley, and Whitko.
Whitko took first place with a 174, followed by Wawasee’s 179, Manchester took 3rd with a 198, and Riley came in with a 231.
Owen Kruschwitz led the Squires with a 2-over 38, edging out Whitko’s #1 by a single stroke to take top medalist honors. Conner Lauer and Brady Wiley both came in with 52s, Jackson Felgar shot a 56, and Caden Egner shot a 66.
Manchester’s JV squad shot a 243, led by Preston Duffy’s 52. Finn Sincroft shot a 60, Zach France came in with 64, and Isaiah Burlingame shot a 67.
The Squire varsity squad will be back at Maxwelton on Saturday for the Wawasee invite, facing 14 very competitive teams.
