Cubs Win!! Cubs Win!!

The Ingaurd A’s hosted the Wabash Elks Cubs In National League action at the Field of Dreams Tuesday night.

The A’s stayed in it until the end, but Cubs pulled away late in a 10-7 victory on Tuesday. The game was tied at seven with Cubs batting in the top of the fourth when Ethan Soden singled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run followed by a triple by Caleb Dubois scoring another.

Despite the loss, The A’s did collect four hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Cubs had five hits on the way to victory.

In the bottom of the second inning, NL A’s tied things up at seven. KAMDEN Oswalt doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

The A’s put up six runs in the second inning. The big inning was thanks to singles by BRECKIN Sanders and Cruz Long and a double by KAMDEN Oswalt

Caleb Dubois led Cubs with two hits in two at bats.
