Lady Norse Win First Ever Regional

The Northfield softball team won their first ever regional Tuesday, defeating Fremont 12-0 in five innings.

Abby Hunter was great in the circle again giving up 0 runs on 4 hits and striking out 6.

Kyra Kennedy was hot at the plate going 2-5 with a HR and 5 RBIs
Jenna Krom was 1-2 with 3 RBIs
Crysta Kowalczuk 3-4 with a double
Ella Hunter was 2-4 with 2 RBIs
Abby Hunter and Ainsley Dale added singles

Lady Norse play Saturday at 1 in the first game of the semi state at Frankfort
