Lady Squires Shut Out North Miami

The Manchester girls soccer team defeated North Miami 2-0 Tuesday.

The teams battled throughout the first half and despite many opportunities went scoreless into the second.

Molly Schannep was finally able to find the back of the net and got her first goal of her career assisted by Jennifer Perez. Shortly after Campbell was able to break away for a second goal unassisted. Ella Clifford, Hadley Schannep, Jessi Perez and London Spangle all had scoring opportunities throughout the night. Addison Brubaker, Jessica Brunett, Karsyn Kampheus, and Aymia Miller did a great job on defense. Kindra Stetzel had two saves and got the shutout!
