On a beautiful but cloudy evening, Wabash hosted Rochester in middle school tennis.
In the first round, Wabash and Rochester tied 5-5. Winning for Wabash: Eli Mattern, Cooper Long, Clay Shepler, Gabe and Michael LePage, and Chloe Marcum and Carter Pegg. In the second round of play, Wabash won 4-3. Great improvement was shown by Landon Schuler, Noah White, Lea Sluss, Reed Wiles and Hope Fritter. Also playing with more fire and grit were Emma Selleck, Sam Eppley and Mason Bolen. Wabash returns to action tonight as they host Madison Grant at the Honeywell Courts.
