The Wabash boys soccer team fell to #13 Carroll 4-0 Thursday.

Wabash wrapped up the regular season by facing Carroll in a sectional warm-up match. The Apaches tried out some new looks and moved some players to new positions as they faced the #13 team in class 1.

Wabash gave up 2 set piece goals in the first half but threatened to score on some nice runs by Jacob France and Troy Guenin-Hodson. Wabash had som equality looks in the second half as well. A Sol France shot struck the post and Guenin-Hodson drew a penalty that ultimately got saved by the Carroll keeper.

Greyson DeBoard pulled in 9 saves which was enough to make him Wabash’s all-time saves leader. Brodie Craft, Marcus Haynes and Sol France each recorded a non-goalie save.

Wabash ends the regular season at 8-4-1. As the hosts for Sectional 37, Wabash will open tournament play on Wednesday 10/6 at 5 pm against Lakeland Christian.
